If your parcel isn't collected within this period, it will be returned to us due to non-collection. In such cases, our team is here to assist with the redelivery process; please remember that a second shipping fee will apply.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address: If there's an error in the address provided or if it's incomplete, your parcel may be returned to us. You can verify your shipping details in your confirmation or shipping email. If this occurs, our team will gladly help with the redelivery to the correct address once the package returns; please note that a second shipping fee will apply.
